The Outer Sunset in SF is notorious for stop signs, as well as intersections which lack cross stop signs and have poor visibility. Also, newcomers assume that it's flat since it's laid out in a grid, not knowing about the big hills.

So, which of these streets are good for biking and driving on?

This considers the area between 19th Ave and the ocean, and Sload Blvd up to Golden Gate Park.
