75 g (1/3 cup) | milk |
7.5 g (1/2 tbsp) | sugar |
Steps
- Put egg and sugar into a bowl, beat
- Add milk to bowl, mix
- Dip bread into mixture, making sure to cover both sides and to saturate the bread
- Cook in a frying pan with butter over medium heat until browned
