Ingredients (per person)

1 egg
75 g (1/3 cup) milk
7.5 g (1/2 tbsp) sugar


  1. Put egg and sugar into a bowl, beat
  2. Add milk to bowl, mix
  3. Dip bread into mixture, making sure to cover both sides and to saturate the bread
  4. Cook in a frying pan with butter over medium heat until browned
