Recipes/Simple Keema Curry

Ingredients
- 250g ground beef
- 1 bell pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp Japanese curry powder
- 200 mL tomato sauce
- 40g butter
- 150g onion
- 100g bell pepper
- salt
- pepper
- shoyu
Steps
- Season 250g ground meat with
- 1/2 - 1 tsp curry powder
- salt + pepper to taste
- mix ground meat with seasoning
- 200ml tomato sauce
- mix in 1.5 tbsp curry powder
- in pot
- melt 30-40g butter
- add 150-160g onion, fry
- add 3 cloves garlic
- add 80-100g bell pepper
- sautee
- add seasoned ground meat, mix and brown
- add seasoned tomato sauce, mix
- simmer covered until most of the liquid is gone
- add salt and pepper to taste
- add shoyu to taste
- serve curry with rice
