Recipes/Gochjang
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp dark (red) miso
- 4 tbsp gochu garu
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Procedure
- over medium heat combine water, sugar, salt, miso, pepper flakes. Stir.
- Add sesame oil and rice vinegar, stir
- Turn off, let cool
