Steps
- Sift dry ingredients together in a bowl
- Mix wet ingredients in another bowl
- Melt butter in a small pan
- Add dry mix to wet ingredients, being careful to not overmix
- Add melted butter to batter
- Cook pancakes on non-stick pan
