Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp dark (red) miso
  • 4 tbsp gochu garu
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Procedure

  1. over medium heat combine water, sugar, salt, miso, pepper flakes. Stir.
  2. Add sesame oil and rice vinegar, stir
  3. Turn off, let cool
